About Mike
Meet Mike Spence.
A lifelong Augusta resident, Mike brings more than 35 years of local experience to his practice. He began as a Richmond County prosecutor and opened his firm in 1998.
His practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury. He also serves as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia, Child Support Division, for both the Columbia County and Augusta Judicial Circuits.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree cum laude and his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1990.
Outside the office, Mike enjoys golf, hunting, college football and time with his wife, Lisa, and their three daughters.
